TROUBLESHOOTING

Start with the simple checks.

When a game will not install, launch, or stay stable, changing one thing at a time makes the cause much easier to identify.

1. Restart and check storage

Restart the device and confirm that there is enough free storage. Temporary system issues and low storage can interfere with installations and normal application behavior.

2. Check the installation source

If an installation fails, verify that the package is complete and intended for the device. An incomplete or incompatible package can fail before the application ever starts.

3. Check what changed

If the game worked previously, identify what changed immediately before the problem appeared. A system update, application update, storage issue, or new package can provide an important clue.

01Record the exact error

Write down the message or describe exactly what happens.

02Change one thing

Test a single troubleshooting step before trying another.

03Retest

Open the game again and compare the result.

Crashes or freezing

Check available storage, device compatibility, background applications, and recent software changes. If the issue started after an update, note the version before attempting unrelated fixes.

Still not working?
